Creamy Cole Slaw
Ingredients
Green cabbage, red cabbage, green pepper, red pepper, yellow
pepper, carrots, beets, and crasins (cranberry raisins).
The Sauce:
¼ cup Agave Nectar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup Super Mayo/Mock Miracle Whip®
½ cup water
1 cup dried Coconut Milk
1½ teaspoons celery seed
pinch of salt (Himalayan or
Celtic Sea Salt® Brand)
The Super Mayo/Mock Miracle Whip®

Udo's DHA Blend, or Coconut/Flax.
First blend up the dried coconut
milk with the water; get rid of the lumps. Then mix in the
apple cider vinegar, Super Mayo, Agave Nectar, and celery seed. It
is best to put this in the fridge and let it sit over night.
Then shred the veggies into a
colorful mixture, add a cup of crasins (sweetened cranberry
raisins), and pour on the sauce you let sit in the fridge overnight.
