First Do No Harm

Creamy Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

Green cabbage, red cabbage, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, carrots, beets, and crasins (cranberry raisins).

The Sauce:

cup Local Honey
cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup Macadamia Nut Oil Mayo (homemade)
cup water
1 cup dried Coconut Milk
1 teaspoons celery seed
pinch of salt (Himalayan or
Celtic Sea Salt)

First blend up the dried coconut milk with the water; get rid of the lumps.  Then mix in the apple cider vinegar, Super Homemade Mayo, Honey, and celery seed. It is best to put this in the fridge and let it sit over night.

Then shred the veggies into a colorful mixture, add a cup of craisins (sweetened cranberry raisins) or raisins, and pour on the sauce you let sit in the fridge overnight.

Letting this sit overnight will also make it taste better. As my Sicilian grandmother told me, "You gotta let everything get to know each other."
