Tartar Sauce

Please note, we use the Diet Mayo in this recipe. Why? Mainly because most diet mayos on the market are full of chemicals, but also because our Diet Mayo recipe is just as tasty as our other recipes, but who needs all those "empty" calories.


1 cup diet mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle
(best to use our Healthy Pickle Recipe)
3 tablespoons chopped green onion

1 tablespoon drained capers

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

The best way to chop everything up is to toss the dry ingredients (pickles, onion, capers, and parsely) into food process and hit the button.

Add it to your mayo and then add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.

Instead of a hot sauce, you can use just a pinch of cayenne pepper.

That's it. Simple and delicious and very healthy.
