First Do No Harm

Turmeric Smoothie
Found at but modified.

Ingredients (as always, as organic as possible)

1 Cup Milk (almond, hemp, rice, coconut)
1 Cup Yogurt
2 Scoops Vegetable/Whey Protein
8 oz Water

Cup Mango, Pineapple, or Papaya
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- teaspoon Curcumin

teaspoon Ginger
teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Red Maca

A dash Black Pepper or Cayenne Pepper
Better Stevia or Etythritol


If you use yogurt, you'll have to add a bit of water to this recipe.

The coconut oil helps the uptake of the Turmeric/Curcumin. The optional pepper will also increase its bioavailability.

The pineapple, mango, and papaya are both anti-inflammatory, being charged with proteolytic enzymes. The ginger and cinnamon are both anti-inflammatory and help manage blood sugar. Red Maca is the best maca, and it's an anti-tumor adaptogen (helps everything).

If you are using plain yogurt or plain vegetable/whey protein, you'll want to sweeten it a bit with either Better Stevia or Erythritol. (The links go to the best prices we've found so far from our affiliate programs.)
