Ingredients (all organic if possible)
1 onion, diced (sweet is best if you can find it)
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 pound ground grass-fed ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 can diced tomatoes (around 15 ounces) (fire-roasted
½ can tomato paste (just under 3 ounces)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Celtic Sea Salt and black
pepper to taste, cayenne pepper optional

Oil up your frying pan and start with the onion and pepper over a medium heat.
When they start to soften (3-4 minutes) add the ground beef. When the beef is
nearly thoroughly cooked, drain the excess oil and stir in the spices, pepper,
salt, garlic, chili powder, stevia and cook a couple of minutes.
Finally, combine the rest: apple cider vinegar, diced tomatoes, tomato paste,
Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes at a
