We publish a  newsletter whenever we can. Sometimes it comes out 4 times a year, sometimes just twice. The newsletter is always located at the same web address (www.mnwelldir.org/nw_current.htm), so you can save it to your favorites and visit it as often as you wish. Some are quite huge, the length of an average novel, and you can take your time. We realize that hardly anyone reads the newsletter from start to finish (well, we know of a few), but we hope that there is something in it for everyone.

Click the top button to subscribe to our newsletter.

When a new newsletter is posted, the old one is archived and can be found here.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, it will come to you from [email protected]

The subject of the notification is Wellness Update. If you have a spam filter, it will end up there, because we send it out to you as a Blind Carbon Copy, so do what you have to do to let our newsletter notification get through.

These newsletters are from a previous time when we created huge newsletters and sent them out whenever we could. Our new policy, since we have automated the mailing process comes out whenever we have something to tell you; at least once a week, and sometimes daily. They will be anything from a graphic with information we think you should see, an urgent notice that action must be performed soon, a new recipe, or a complete article we've just published at the site.
