Some of you know this isn't my best time of year, but with all your cards and support (and patience) I've hardly noticed it's 16 below zero and I'm snowed in. You people are the best! I hope you've all made it through Christmas smoothly (here we had our traditional Christmas sushi). In my last update to you, I passed on some info on the cold and flu season, and over the course of the previous 5 weeks I've avoided four colds and one bout with the flu that my neighbors have all come down with (and I'm there nearly every day, I eat with them, celebrate the holidays with them, and board my horse there too). I've been taking MGN-3 for a month now (along with my vitamin C (3000 mg Minimum) in the morning). It must be doing something. After you've been on it a while, you can stop, and your immune system stays up for another five to six months.

Update

In our Prostate Cancer article, we told you about PC SPES (an herbal remedy from China) four years ago. Since then, centers around the US have been testing it and, sure enough, it has a positive effect in greater than 80% of all cases.

Fountain of Youth Discovered In China
(I wonder if this was the headlines that sent Marco Polo off?)

Researchers discovered that people who used the Jiaogulan herb lived (on the average) to 100 years of age. This little herb is in a new category for me, an adaptogen. It's been tested on cancer patients, heart patients, and athletes with nothing but positive results. Since it brings the body into balance (that yin/yang principle of those crazy Orientals) I'd recommend it for any malady that creeps up and whacks you. New Cancer Detection Test

After having trashed Mammograms (they cause cancer! and insurance companies will pay for them because insurance companies make money when we're sick)......and having left you only with Thermograms.....WHICH AREN'T IN ALL 50 STATES! I've just found a new cancer detection test that is said to be more reliable than Mammograms. Who said this? The FDA. Now I don't normally trust anything the FDA says (because of a good number of reasons), but they claim this test works better than mammograms. Read all about it by clicking here: DR-70

Some of you have been hit by this warning going around, about a woman who had cervical or uterine cancer and died because it wasn't detected in time...or something like that, and they remind you to ask for a specific test....IGNORE THAT LETTER. IT IS ANOTHER INTERNET HOAX. DR-70 is a REAL test.
